first of all, i need to say Sorry for writing such an entry in english! in fact, i should and i really need to write it in chinese to let all the Macau citizen, undestand how awful our government's serivce is. However, it's better for me to express this glmpsy and terrible memory in English...

My Boyfriend and i wanted to cancel a registration in a department of Macau SAR, we have been there for 7 times, really 7 times, for just so minor thing.  Now, there may be some 8th or 9th time...

1st time, we went there to ask the procedure of cancelling that registration. The receptionist was kind and told us the procedure: write an application letter! Not a big deal, we can write that letter perfectly in chinese, portuguese, or english!

2nd time, we went there to submit the letter for cancelling the registration. However, another receptionist was so nice and suggested us to change the registration name. Also simple, prepare a letter to ask for the change. Why not try? we accept this method.

3rd time, just submit that letter to make an attempt on the change of registration name.

Some days after, we received a phone call that we need to go there to acknowledge the result, without telling us the result on phone. Why not let us know the result on phone,  because of privacy? or other concern? who knows?

4th time, we went there to sign the document to confirm our application of changing name was rejected.

5th time, back to the 1st stage, we went there to submit that application letter for cancelling the registration. The receptionist responded that even with that perfect letter is still not enough! We need to give them back the Registration Card, moreover, our letter with heading "Dear Sir" is not appropriate, the division name should also be specified in the heading.

6th time, we were very careful, with all the relevant document, even a piece of paper, also the letter with the specified heading as what we were told to. Submitting all the document to the receptionist, we got the answer: yes, it is OKAY, your registration is already cancelled succesfully! 

If the story had been ended here, it would have been a happy ending!!!

However, this Nightmare was not yet Finished! Just that evening, we received a phone call telling us that an application form, that needs filled on-site for the cancellation procedure, is not yet submitted!  What's up? I would like to ask, Who said that it was OKAY at that time??? WHO?

Considering the compulsory of cancelling this registration, for the 7th time, we went there to fill in the form...this time, with an unsatisfying service as our case is not understood  by anyone, so we explained the whole story in detail.  It was a very bad experience...It is like that we were begging them to give us a form! 

Is it the end of this story? I hope so, but I don't think so...

Let's bear in mind that, never believe there's any improvement or  simplification in administration, in our MACAU SAR government. There's no pereformance pledge in all departments or divisions in MACAU SAR. Whenever you need to deal with our noble government, just be patient...

之前的兩集由白賴仁辛格Brian singer執導已拍得新穎奇趣，尤其這兩個星期六守在明珠台重看，仍然感到劇力萬鈞，每一個變種人（包括壞人）的故事都有血有肉！原本以為今集換了導演Brett Ratner，悲觀認為又是蝙蝠俠第三集的大魔咒，離奇地，這集卻是最感動我的一集！

之前的兩集主線已經夠清晰：種族歧視．這一集卻跳出這個框框，不再是被歧視的變種人和正常人的對抗，而是「選擇」：「變種人」在「變種人」和「正常人」之間作出選擇！

就以”天使”angel來說，影片一開始的時候，年幼的angel懼怕自己的不相同，鎖起門，慌惶失措地拿着刀子去割掉那雙新生的羽翼！後來，十年後， angel長大了，羽翼也豐厚了許多的時候，抑制變種基因的解藥研製成功，推出市場．於是，我們屏息觀看，angel會欣然地接受解藥重生嗎？可是，長期習慣了擁有雙腳的人類，能夠選擇砍去雙腳嗎？導演很聰明，真的無需任何詮譯，angel都必然不會接受解藥．．．

那麼，我們為甚麼要强調單元化呢？難道真的要像某電話廣告般，未來世界人人面貌相同？
